Beer ’Garitas
Posted on 01. Jun, 2011 by Johnnie in Beverages, Chef Selection, Finding Perfection, Fresh Reviews, Recipes
I have read that beer is a great ingredient in Margaritas from several people, so I decided to give it a try. Pretty good!
1 (12-oz.) container limeade concentrate, thawed
1½ cups tequila
2 (12-oz.) bottles beer
Crushed ice
Stir together first 3 ingredients in a large pitcher until blended. Serve immediately over crushed ice.
Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
(Note: Light beer or pale ale seemed to work best.)

Thanks for coming by to check it out. They are good especially in this summertime heat.
