Crispy Onion Baked Chicken

This recipe is so easy to make after getting home from work and so good.
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 package Onion Soup Mix
1/3 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 ¼ pounds)
Combine bread crumbs and soup mix in large plastic food bag. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place chicken, 1 piece at a time, in bag; shake to coat. Arrange on rack in broiler pan. Bake in 425◦ oven 15-20 minutes or until tender.
Serves 4.
I like to serve it with seasonal vegetables and wild rice.
