In My Opinion By Eddie A. Romero:
Green Vegetarian Cuisine in San Antonio, TX – Great places usually do not have great parking, I’m letting that one should slide. I’m not a vegetarian, but I was visiting the SA Current office and picked up a couple $5 Gift Cards for Green. I dropped in to order a coffee (great coffee) and ordered a breakfast sandwich on the menu – with sausage, eggs, and cheese. I told the waitress I’ve never stopped in because i thought it’s all vegetarian.
She said it is and no meat is served. Well since I’m a meat eater, I thought all sausage had to be made with meat – WRONG. The meal was great. The atmosphere is awesome, the story of the building is on the first booth as you walk in and the entrance room walls are lined with old pics of SA from the Institute of Texan Cultures. I went back this morning and thought I’d give a quick shot out on F&F and Happy New Year!

I went to Green when I was in the midst of vegetarianism since it had been recommended to me by several people. The parking was bad, although I didn’t mind. However, once I got there, it took the server about 15 minutes before she went over to our table and took our drink orders. After she brought those over, it took her about 10 more minutes to ask us for our food orders. I would have understood if they were full, but we were one table out of maybe three other tables of people in the restaurant.
The food, when it finally got there, was very good. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the service was too horrible for me to want to return.
So here are my ratings:
