So what do you drink then when they don't have your favorite soda beverage? Tea? How do you think they make the tea, from filtered or regular tap water? Does it matter with you?

Today, while dining out, I asked the waitress... she told me it was just your basic ol' tap water.

I don’t mind either, as long as I know the restaurant is using an up to date filtration system and keeps it clean. I’m okay with that.

I don't know that this is a bad thing as long as they have a proper filtration system that is properly maintained. I wouldn't mind it myself. Actually, if they didn't have a filtration system I would think twice about drinking the water given the quality of some city water plants.

But I do like the idea of getting away from the bottle water and conserving when it's feasible. I think most consumers feel the same.
