In My Opinion By Sarah Monahan:
Crabby Jacks Restaurant in San Antonio, TX is Crappy Jacks – I used to LOVE Crabby Jacks. Growing up next to the ocean, I’m a big fish eater. Crabby Jacks used to be one of the only places to get cold platters in a cool atmosphere. But everytime, we go, it’s getting worse. They now have a new menu, which has way too much stuff on it. I ordered oysters, which were still covered in Mud. They hadn’t rinsed them at all. There was shell on the oysters as well. Several of them were bad. I ate half, before sending them back. I should have sent them back as soon as they were delivered. I was charged for the half I ate.

My husband was trying to be healthy, so he ordered grilled shrimp. They came out covered in about a cup of butter. The vege’s were sad. It looked like they had been microwaved about 3 times. My MIL ordered a wrap which was also super greasy.
We only went back the last time because we had a gift card. Since these are paper cards, you have to use the whole thing in one go. If there’s any left over, they keep it. They won’t even let you use that part for a tip.

So we will NEVER GO BACK to Crappy Jacks. I’ll have to just go to the beach more often to get my fish fill.
