		<description>Ive been to triology quite a few times. it was great all except for one time when they over cooked it but that never stoped me from going back. Ive always been afraid to try a (real) deep dish pizza until i tried it at trilogy. it was def. one of the best pizzas ive ever had. Go to trilogy you wont be dissapointed. Never been to dough but ive always wanted to. Ill have to go there next time i come visit.</description>

I read in a semi-recent article in the food section of the paper that 5 upcoming chefs in San Antonio all picked Dough as the place they eat at when they&#039;re not cooking at their own place.  Have not tried it, look forward to it.  

You can make reservations online and I always appreciate that.</description>

		<description>Dough Pizzeria is fantastic!  I went there a few weeks ago and I was truly blown away by the atmosphere, quality of service, and best of all- the quality of the food.  I&#039;ll be drawing up a review of my own on my food blog in the near future (I&#039;ll be sure to get with Robert to pass it along over here) as well.  I had a great waiter by the name of Kristian, a very nice guy and he knows his flavors!  If you can save some room, they have some spectacular desserts too!  I gave this place 5 stars :)</description>

		<description>Folks, Dough&#039;s pizza isn&#039;t gourmet (but their prices sure are!).  This is pizza real Italians eat in Italy each day.  Its the real deal.  The dough is just about right and the ingredients are SUPERB.  Their menu pizzas are spot on what you&#039;d order from an Italian pizzeria.  Although I wish there were more pizza&#039;s on the menu, Dough has done right by keeping their menu SIMPLE.  Perhaps Dough will add some pizzas or make some seasonal ones in the future.

I&#039;ve never had the pizza at Trilogy.  I ordered their Osso Bucco instead.  This is probably the most ignorant thing I&#039;ll say today, but Dough pizza &gt;&gt; Trilogy pizza.  I just cannot imagine anyone else topping Dough&#039;s authenticity and not hearing about it yet.</description>
