If you didn’t read the book, Angels and Demons is probably a good film. If you did, you will be disappointed. Unfortunately, the film leaves a lot out that added to the intrigue and drama of the book. The female co-star is a very tepid version of the book version and much of the plot has been altered. This is exactly why I choice not to read the book before seeing the film. I paid $7.00 to be unimpressed. Next time, I’ll follow my own advice and avoid giving into all the Hollywood hype!
