Great News!
Flicks and Food launched at the beginning of March 2009 and the response has been overwhelming. We’re keeping the contests going and its our way of saying, “Thank you!” We’re teaming up with businesses and holding these contests as a way to give back to our Flicks and Food community.
Win $40 Gift Card to Papouli’s Greek Grill
This contest will run from April 29-May 6, 2009 and ends midnight.
We’ve teamed up with Papouli’s Greek Grill, as this is a way for us to keep this going and say “Thank you.” We’re giving away a $40 gift card to the person who’s name will be drawn at the end of the week. All we ask is that you give your 100% honest & unbiased review about your experience. Everyone is welcome to participate. Simply follow the rules below. Thank you.

I have to say our taste buds disagree here! My favorite is It’s Greek to Me on Bab****, nestled in a tiny shopping strip. Great food, enjoyable service, mom and pop joint, literally…husband takes the orders and waits on customers, wife cooks in the back. Go there with co-workers during the work week for a quick lunch and dinner for a casual evening out.

This resturant offering is a fast easy convenient answer to Where can we go for lunch today? I love hummus and fresh pits bread. They have very good roasted red pepper hummus here and even have it to go! Greek salads are huge and can be shared if you are feeling generous, but you might want to keep this all to yourself, yes it is that good. The atmosphere is fast foody and not comfy enough to encourage lingering. The place is a place your order and wait for them to call your number kind of a place. The location off Huebner and I-10 is where you can find me at least once a week for roasted red pepper hummus and warm pita’s!
